His influence has reached from Indianapolis to the White House, where he served as Director of President George W. Bush’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives. Today, he continues to champion practical solutions that strengthen communities and civil society.
Jerry Pattengale is one of America’s most respected Christian scholars and historians. A prolific author, columnist, and educator, he was one of the two founding scholars behind the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C., and has served in senior leadership roles with the museum for more than a decade. His work has taken him from Oxford and Cambridge to the United Nations and Capitol Hill, helping people better understand the historical impact of faith, ideas, and purpose.
